Study Summary:

To evlauate the safety and efficacy of study drug in pre-menopausal women with heavy uterine bleeding (heavy periods) and uterine fibroids.

This is a up to six month research study having up to 12 clinic visits. Subjects will receive study medication for up to three months.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 20 years of age at time of study start/screening
• Have a medical dignosis of Uterine Fibroids
• Have heavy menstrual bleeding associated with their regular monthly menses
• Not have had a medical/surgical procedure on their uterus within one year of study screening
• Not have a secondary diagnosis of endometriosis, epilepsy or seizures, Type I Diabetes or cancer

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study related medical evaluations (Physical, ultrasound, mammogram, if applicable. Labopratory (blood) analyses as related to the study and time and travel compensation up to $900.00.
