Study Summary:

ICON Development Solutions is recruiting healthy, men ages of 18-45, for a clinical research study. This study is being done to determine how the body absorbs, breaks down and eliminates an investigational medication compared with an FDA approved medication. The study drug and the approved medication will be given only one time as a 90 minute IV (intravenous) infusion. The study drug is being developed for use as a cancer therapy.

Vital signs, ECGs, and physical examinations will be performed, and blood and urine samples will be obtained during this study.

Participants will complete:

  • 1 screening visit
  • 2 overnight stays (consecutive)
  • 13 outpatient visits on select days

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be a healthy adult male between the ages of 18 and 45
• Have a BMI between 18 and 30 kg/m2
• Not smoke or be able to refrain from smoking while in the unit
• Not have received any investigational drug in the past 30 days prior to the start of the study
• Not have donated or lost more than 500 mL of blood or blood products within 2 months prior to screening for this study

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study required exams, lab work and compensation for time and travel. Participants may be compensated up to $3,725.00.
