Study Summary:

A phase lll, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study of two dosing regimens of Fostamatinib Disodium in Rheumatoid Arthritis patients with inadequate response to a TNF-alpha antagonist.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a diagnosis of RA
• Be receiving treatment with Methotrexate for at least 6 months
• Have received a single TNF-a antagonist discontinued due to lack of efficacy, more than one if discontinued due to safety or tolerability
• Have not received rituximab
• Have not received abatacept
• Have not received tocilizumab


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel.
