Study Summary:

Currently, a clinical research study is under way to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational product for people living with Osteoarthritis of the Hip. If you have osteoarthritis of the hip, you may be eligible to participate in this important clinical research study.

You will receive study-related health examinations at no cost. Qualified participants will receive study- related medication and care at no cost. Other eligibility criteria will apply and if you qualify, all study –related costs will be paid for. Compensation for time and travel will be provided.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be at least 35 years of age
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the hip
• Have taken analgesics or NSAIDS (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) for OA pain
• Have not used intra-articular corticosteroid injections or viscosupplementation
• Have not used oral or parenteral anticoagulant therapy other than low-dose aspirin
• Be able to complete a (approximate) 31-week study
