Study Summary:

The purpose of this study is to determine how an investigational drug is absorbed, distributed, broken down and eliminated and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the drug in participants’ ages 12 to 16 years of age, who smoke cigarettes.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 12 to 16 years of age
• Be healthy individuals who are free from significant current cardiac, hematological, renal, endocrine, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, hepatic, neurological, psychiatric or other disease based upon history, physical examination, and clinical laboratory test results


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related medical care, study medication and compensation for time and travel.
