Study Summary:
Study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of study drug in subjects with resistant hypertension who are receiving combination therapy with three or more antihypertensive drugs, including a diuretic, as compared to Guanfacine or placebo.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 35-80 years of age
•
Currently be taking 3 medications for hypertension and still be uncontrolled
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Study medication, physician evaluations, labs, and compensation for time and travel.
