Study Summary:

The Research Group on Disparities in Health within the Department of Health and Behavior Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, in New York, New York is inviting Haitian Women to participate in a study to rate a healthcare website www.DIVAhealth.org providing information on HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs); and, to share what you know and think about these diseases. The survey takes approximately 25-30 minutes. The survey is limited to the first 200 women who complete the survey.


Qualified Participants Must:

• The study is for Haitian women but is not limited to all limited to all women
• Be at least 18 years of age to participate

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Once 200 people have completed the entire survey, the program will automatically send out an Amazon gift certificate (bar coded) to three randomly chosen e-mail accounts in the amount of $100 without in any way linking your identity to the survey results. You can print out the gift certificate, if you are a winner, and use it at amazon.com.
