Study Summary:

A prospective descriptive, multi-national, multi-center observational study of burden of upper GI-symptoms in subjects with cardiovascular risk or disease receiving treatment with low-dose aspirin.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be taking a low-dose Aspirin (81mg - 325mg) daily for cardiovascular disease prevention within the past 12 months
• Have cardiovascular risks such as, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, coronary artery disease, transient ischemic attacks, ischemic stroke, obesity, smoker, or strong family history of the above.

Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified participants will receive compensation for time and travel.
