Clinical Trial 3068

Bellaire, TX 77401

Study Summary:

You are invited to take part in a clinical research study testing an investigational device called a HEDA (Homologous Electrical Difference Analysis) Scan, used to screen women for early onset of breast cancer.

Similar to an EKG (Electrocardiogram heart tracing); the HEDA scan measures electrical field variations in the breast that can detect cancers. It may be possible someday for HEDA to be used in place of mammography for breast cancer screening.

The study requires you to have the HEDA scan performed around the time of your scheduled routine screen mammography or prior to your biopsy (up to the day of your biopsy). By participating in this study, you will be contributing to breast cancer research.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 40 – 50 years of age
• Cup Size A, B or Small C
• No previous breast biopsy or cyst aspiration
• No breast Cancer surgery or open chest surgery
• No breast implants, reductions or removal of lumps
• No adverse skin conditions, scars or tattoos on the breasts
• No pacemakers or other implanted devices
• Not pregnant or breast feeding

Qualified Participants May Receive:

You may receive a mammogram at no cost to you, and you may be compensated for your time and travel.
