Summary:
Peters Medical Research NY, LLC is conducting a Second Phase 3 Randomized, 12-Week, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of the Safety and Efficacy of Plecanatide in Patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C)
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be between 18 and 85 years of age (inclusive)
•
Have a diagnosis of IBS based on ROME III diagnostic criteria
•
Meet criteria for diagnosis of the constipation predominant subtype - IBS-C
Qualified Participants May Receive:
