Summary:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety of Ospemifene (Osphena) for subjects with moderate to severe vaginal dryness as their most bothersome symptom. Osphena is already appoved for use in subjects that have moderate to severe pain or discomfort with sexual activity. The sponsor is looking to have this medication approved for subjects with vaginal dryness also. This is a tablet that is taken by mouth daily. This is not a hormone. This medication is a selective estrogen receptor blocker; this medication uses what little estrogen you still have in your body and boosts it.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be female
• Be between 40 and 80 years of age
• Have a moderate to severe vaginal dryness due to menopause


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study related visits, tests, and study medication will be provided to the participant at no cost. Compensation for time and travel may also be provided.
