Summary:

The purpose of the trial is to compare the effectiveness and safety of semaglutide versus placebo in patients with type 2 diabetes, who are already treated with the medication SGLT-2  with or without the use of metformin.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have Diabetes Type 2
• Be over 18 years of age
• Be treated with the medications called sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors with or without sulfonylurea ( SU ) or metformin


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Reimbursement for time and travel
