Summary:

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is liver inflammation caused by a buildup of fat in the liver. 

If you have a condition called compensated cirrhosis from NASH, Wake Research Associates is enrolling volunteers in a study testing the effectiveness, tolerability and safety of an investigational medication. 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be between 18 and 70 years of age
• Have compensated cirrhosis
• Have a history of NASH confirmed by a liver biopsy


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Study-related medication at no cost
  • Study-related medical exams at no cost
  • Compensation of up to $1875 for time and travel
