Summary:

A Study of Excess Fat in the Liver @ Wake Research Associates 

Wake Research Associates is currently enrolling volunteers in a research study of the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug for excess fat in the liver (NASH*). *Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is liver inflammation caused by a buildup of fat in the liver.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have NASH or your doctor suspects that you have NASH
• Be are overweight
• Have type 2 diabetes, or are pre-diabetic
• Be between 18 and 75 years of age


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Study-related drug, Study-related medical exams, and Compensation up to $1800 for time and travel.
