Summary:

The study will look at how well an investigational medication works and how safe it is compared with a medication that is already approved fo use in MDD.  This study will include about 100 people with MDD.  Patients will take usual antidepressant medication during the study medication in addition to continuing their usual antidepressant medication during the study.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18 - 70 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with MDD
• Have taken antidepressants that did not work well for you
• Be currently still feel depressed and are receiving an antidepressant
• Be of non-child bearing potential


Qualified Participants May Receive:

  • Study medication and test are provided at no cost.
  • Compenstion provided for time and travel
