Qualified Participants Must:
• Be 18+ years old

Have been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease
•
Be Experiencing Daily or Near Daily Itching
Qualified Participants May Receive:
No cost physical Exam and evaluations by practicing physician (MD)
- No Cost study Medication
- Reimbursement of $60.00 at each visit (up to $540.00 for all visits completed)
- Transportation assistance to study visits
