Summary:

This study is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of olorinab in the treatment of abdominal pain in subjects with IBS with IBS-C or IBS-D who are not on concomitant treatment for IBS.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have been diagnosed with either IBS-D or IBS-C or have symptoms of Constipation or Diarrhea
• You are 18 years or older
• Ability to attend regular clinic visits and receive phone calls for a period of 1-2 years
• You must not be using medical marijuana
• Must not be taking any medication for the treatment of IBS


Qualified Participants May Receive:

-Free Blood pressure monitoring
-Free Weight measurements
-Free medication
-Free Office visits to meet with a Internal Medicine Doctor
-Free laboratory test for general health;
-Free EKG;
-Free Colonoscopy if you are 50 years or older and have not had a colonoscopy in the past 10 years
-Allowance for transportation of $60.00 per clinic visit
