Summary:

Urinary tract infection is a common condition affecting millions of Americans every day. This study is comparing a new medication against existing treatments. If you are a female 18 years of age or older who has been experiencing urinary frequency, urgency, pain or burning while urinating, or pain in your pubic region, you may qualify for a clinical trial. 



You must be: 
- 18 years or older female 
- Must have at least two of the following symptoms in the last 4 days: 
1. Urinary Frequency 
2. Urinary Urgency 
3. Pain or Burning 
4. Suprapubic pain 
- You must not have: 
1. Taken antibiotics in the last 7 days 
2. Have a urinary catheter 
3. History of seizures 
4. History of uric acid kidney stones


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified participants will receive study medication at no cost and will be compensated for time & travel.
