If your child has Tourette's Syndrome, you know that physical (motor) and verbal (vocal) tics can be frustrating because they are unpredictable and disruptive. No matter how often tics happen or how intense they are, they can be difficult to diagnose and manage. This study is investigating the study drug, called ecopipam, to find out how well it works in subjects age 6 to 17 years of age with Tourette's Syndrome
