Is your COPD getting in the way of your everyday life?
Common symptoms of COPD include shortness of breath, chronic cough, frequent respiratory infections, and chest pressure.
If you or your loved one are living with COPD, you may be interested in participating in a new clinical research opportunity. Sierra Clinical Research is seeking volunteers for a clinical trial assessing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational treatment in people living with COPD.
Participants may qualify if they are:
- Are between 40 and 80 years old
- Are a current or ex-smoker with at least a 10-year history
- Experience a chronic cough for more than three months out of the year that cannot be explained by another medical condition
- Do not use oxygen treatment for more than 12 hours per day
- Do not have a history of asthma
- Do not have lung fibrosis, sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, bronchiectasis, or any other significant pulmonary disease
