Depression/Anxiety with Overweight/Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes or High Blood Pressure - San Francisco CA

Summary:

Worried about your chronic physical and behavioral health (anxiety/depression) condition? 

We are looking for individuals who are overweight/obese (BMI=>25; calculate here) or have a physical health condition such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, along with mild to moderate depression/anxiety, to participate in a digital health research study that will be conducted in an app.

Qualified Participants Must:

• 18 years or older
• Not pregnant
• Mild/moderate depression/anxiety and overweight/obese (BMI => 25)

Qualified Participants May Receive:
