Summary:
Study aims to find out whether treatment with study medication safely reduces the risk of future heart attacks, strokes and other cardiovascular events.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Participants must have previously had either a heart attack, ischemic stroke or currently suffer from peripheral arterial disease
•
Age 55 or older
•
Must have a total cholesterol above 155
Qualified Participants May Receive:
All study related care and investigational medication will be provided at no cost, and compensation may be provided.
