Summary:
This clinical research study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new investigational medication (Lorecivivent), in comparison to a placebo, administered as a single injection in the knee.
Qualified Participants Must:
• Have knee pain for 6 months or longer due to osteoarthritis
• Men and women age 40-80
• Have not had a partial or complete joint replacement surgery in either knee
Qualified Participants May Receive:
- Study related care at no cost
- Compensation for time/travel
