Have you gained weight from taking an antipsychotic medication for schizophrenia? This study is testing whether the investigational study drug (miricorilant) is safe and effective at helping you lose weight while still taking your antipsychotic medication.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be aged 18-65 years
• Be taking one of the following antipsychotic medications: olanzapine [Zyprexa], risperidone [Risperdal], or quetiapine [Seroquel]
• Have gained weight while taking antipsychotics

Other study requirements will apply.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All qualified participants may receive study-related care and either study drug (miricorilant) or placebo (no active drug) at no cost. Compensation for travel and expenses may be available as well.
