Summary:
The STARSCAPE study is a clinical research study that will aim to assess the effectiveness of an experimental study drug in helping to slow down or stop the worsening of an illness where the lungs become scarred and breathing becomes difficult – called ‘idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis’ or ‘IPF.’
We’re looking for around 660 people to take part from all around the world.
To qualify, individuals must:
Be between 40 and 85 years old
Have been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)
Pass a screening process to check your current health
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Qualified participants may receive the study medication or placebo, blood works and clinical assessments at no cost.
In addition, subjects may receive a monetary compensation for their time and transportation.
