The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medicine in people who have depression with sleep problems.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Are 18 - 74 years of age
• Have been diagnosed with depression
• Have taken antidepressants in the past that did not work well for you
• Are currently taking an antidepressant medication but still have symptoms of depression
• Have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, or do not feel rested the next day


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified patients may receive study-related medical care and investigational study medication at no cost.
