Summary:

The study drug, 7HP349, is an investigational drug that, when given with other medications, may help treat cancer.

About 68 healthy men (40 for SAD, 16 for MAD, and 12 for food effect), ages 18 through 45 years are expected to be in this study.

There are 3 parts to this study:
• Single Ascending Dose (SAD)
• Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD)
• Food Effect

 

To be in this study you must meet the following requirements:

 

  • You must be a healthy male subject between 18-45 years of age.
  • Non-Smoker
  • Not currently taking any medications
  • BMI between 18-32 kg
  • You cannot be in this study if you are in another research study or if you have been in any other research study within one month
  • You cannot be in this study if you are taking any drugs of abuse (illegal and/or prescription) or if you use nicotine-containing products. A urine test will be performed to check if you use these drugs or smoke.
  • You cannot be in this study if you donated or lost more than 500 ml (approximately one pint) of blood in the past 3 months.

Study Requirements:

  • Available for an inpatient stay of 3 periods of 5 overnights each (15 overnights in total) and 1 outpatient visit.
  • Compensation up to $5,500 for your time and travel
