Summary:
PINETREE is a month-long clinical trial to study wheather the investigational drug remdesivir can affect the number of hospital admissions of patients with COVID-19
Qualified Participants Must:
• Be Positive for the virus that causes COVID-19 and have symptoms
•
Be 60 years old or older OR
•
Be 12 years or older with a condition that may put you at risk for COVID-19 (Chronic lung disease, hypertension, Immunocompromised state, kidney or liver disease, cancer, history of stroke, diabetes, obesity)
•
Not part of another trial for COVID-19 or taking medication for COVID-19
Qualified Participants May Receive:
Compensation for time and travel
