Summary:

1) African Americans with Chronic kidney disease (CKD) (Stage II or III), hypertension and non diabetic 

2) IgA nephropathy diagnosis and Chronic kidney disease (CKD) (Stage II or III)  

This study is designed to investigate the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DM199.

 


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be African American diagnosed with Chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage II or III
• Hypertension as defined by the American Heart Association for Stage I hypertension where systolic blood pressure (BP) 130 mmHg or diastolic BP 80 mmHg1 or on medication for treatment of hypertension.
