Summary:

A Phase 3, 14-day, Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Multicenter Study of the Efficacy and Safety Of Toperisone in Subjects with Pain due to Acute Back Muscle Spasm, (Sudden-Onset of Back Pain). This Study involves treatment with a Non-Opioid, Non-Drowsy, Non-Addictive Medication for the treatment of Acute Back Spasms.

There are a total of 3 office visits and 2 phone visits. Office visits may include laboratory samples and medical exams at no cost to the patient. 

 


Age:18-64

Must be a Sudden-Onset of Back pain. Less than 8 days. Caused by an injury or movement, such as lifting or slept wrong.

Must not have any other serious back diseases or conditions.
