Summary:

This is a research study to test AVP-786, an investigational drug being developed by Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. An investigational drug is one that is not approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Have an external brain injury by a physical force, injury must have not penetrated the brain
• Have a history of aggression, agitation, or irritability
• Be aged 18-75 years
• Have a caregiver who has comprehension of the patient's condition


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation for time and travel upon qualifications.
