Study Summary:

We are currently conducting a clinical study of Darapraldib vs. placebo in subjects with Coronary Heart Disease to compare the incidence of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Event (MACE).


Qualified Participants Must:

• Chronic Coronary Heart Disease documented by at least one of the following:
• Prior MI > 1 month ago
• Prior Coronary Revascularization Procedure >3 months
• Multivessel CHD without Revascularization Comfirmed by Angiography plus at least one of the following
• Age > 60
• Diabetes (DM)
• HDL-C <40
• Smoker / Ex Smoker
• Renal Dysfunction (eGFR 30 to 59)
• PolyVascular Disease with CHD


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Free study related medical exams, blood work, EKGS, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure readings test and study medications at no cost to them or their insurance. Will be compensated for travel and time for study visits. Long follow up study. Visit every three to six months.
