This research study is testing investigational treatments (Lilotomab and Betalutin) to see how it works for people whose follicular lymphoma (FL) has returned.

Qualified Participants Must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
•
Have a diagnosis of Follicular Lymphoma
•
Have tried at least 2 treatments for FL
•
Have used rituximab or Obinutuzumab
