Summary:
Gastroparesis is a medical condition where food moves out of the stomach slower than normal and normal digestion may not occur. This can cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and an unusual feeling of fullness with eating very little food (early satiety) or following meals (postprandial fullness).
The purpose of this study is to determine if a study drug called NG101 is effective for patients with Gastroparesis.
Qualified Participants Must:
Symptoms consistent with gastroparesis (eg, nausea, vomiting, early satiety, postprandial fullness, and abdominal pain) for at least 6 consecutive months preceding the Screening Visit.
