Summary:

With eczema, the cycle of itching and scratching feels like it never stops.  If you’ve been diagnosed with moderate to severe eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis (AD), learn more about the GENESIS research study of an investigational medication for eczema.  Do you have atopic dermatitis (AD)? A clinical research study is now enrolling eligible adults. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication in people with moderate to severe AD.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have had AD for at least 1 year prior to starting the study
• Have not responded to treatment with topical medications for your AD or are unable to receive topical treatment.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

If you are interested, additional eligibility criteria will be assessed by the study doctor or staff.  The commitment for the study is approximately 40 weeks (about 10 months).  Qualified patients will receive investigational study medication or placebo and studyrequired medical care at no cost.
