Click image to enlargeRespiratory Syncytial Virus is an important cause of severe respiratory disease in older adults and is associated with a high morbidity and mortality. After RSV natural infection, there is only a relatively short duration of immunity. Therefore, there is an important unmet medical need to develop an effective vaccine to boost the immune response sufficiently to protect older adults against RSV disease. Coronavirus and respiratory syncytial virus are two kinds of respiratory illnesses but do have some similar symptoms.
Qualified Participants Must:
Healthy participants including those with a preexisting stable disease
60 years old or older
If female must be postmenopausal
Qualified Participants May Receive:
