Summary:
We are currently recruiting subjects with acne who are between 12-45 years old. This study investigates the effectiveness and safety of an investigational injectable subcutaneous treatment.
The study drug consists of an injectable subcutaneous investigational treatment or a placebo (with no active treatment), that will be administered once on Day 1, and then monthly for 2 months.
During the study visits, a physical evaluation of the acne and overall health will be done by the study team. Several blood samples as well as tape strips (a non-invasive surface collection of skin) will be collected throughout the study. Facial photography will be conducted at each study visit while photographs of upper body if applicable are optional.
