Summary:

Ovarian Cancer - Multiple Locations in the US

Ovarian Cancer: Know All Your Options

The OVATION-2 Study is enrolling women who have a diagnosed or suspected case of stage 3 or 4 (advanced) ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.

OVATION-2 is a phase 1/2 study, meaning it is testing the safety and potential efficacy of an investigational immunotherapy (GEN-1), when used in combination with both standard chemotherapy treatment and surgery in treating ovarian cancer. Participants will be randomized (chosen by chance) to receive either standard of care chemotherapy and surgery, or standard of care plus the investigational immunotherapy.

Who may be eligible?
You may be eligible for the OVATION-2 Study if you:*

 • Have just been diagnosed with, or are currently being tested for, stage 3 or 4 epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal carcinoma
 • Have not yet started cancer treatment
 • Have never received treatment for any abdominal or pelvic tumor before
 • Have not had any other form of cancer in the past three years
 • Are ambulatory (able to walk around) and generally capable of self-care

*Other criteria will apply; your study team will be able to help you determine if OVATION-2 is for you.
