Qualified Participants Must:
Be between 18 and 80 years of age
Diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver 
Diagnosed with diuretic-resistant ascites (fluid in the abdomen that is not controlled by diuretic medication)
Qualified Participants May Receive:
