A PHASE 1B, MULTIPLE ASCENDING DOSE TRIAL EXAMINING THE SAFETY AND TOLERABILITY OF SUBCUTANEOUS MANP IN DIFFICULT TO CONTROL/RESISTANT HYPERTENSIVE SUBJECTS


Qualified Participants Must:

• Must be 18 to 80
• Have a BMI between 18 to 40
• Have a blood pressure of 130/80 or higher (if you have diabetes) or have a blood pressure of 140/90 or higher (if you do not have diabetes)
• Must be taking at least 3 or more blood pressure medication (At least 1 of the medications must be a diuetic/water pill)
• Must be willing to complete a 7 day/6 night stay at the research center.


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Compensation up to $2025
