Summary:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the ability of a single dose of STS101 to relieve headache pain and provide relief from the most bothersome headache symptom. The study will also examine the safety and tolerability of STS101 when administered as a single dose into the nose of subjects with an acute migraine headache, with or without aura.
Participants must be:
· Aged 18-65 years
· Have a history of migraine headaches for at least one year
