Summary:

FutureSearch trials is conducting a research study of an investigational drug for people between the ages of 18 and 65 who have experienced Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.This research study is testing a potential new treatment for PTSD called PRAX-114.The main purpose of this research is to see how well the study drug works for treating PTSD compared to placebo, as well as its safety and side effects compared with placebo. An additional purpose of this research is to see if the study drug has effects on specific molecules in your body that may be involved in PTSD.



You may qualify for the PTSD Study if you:

  • Are between the ages of 18 and 65
  • Experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Have PTSD from an event that occurred after the age of 16


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified participants may receive study-related medical care and investigational medication at no cost as well as reimbursement for time and travel.
