Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18-75 years of age
• Have High Blood Pressure
• Currently taking high blood pressure medication
• Have Type 2 Diabetes
• Be willing to attend clinic visits


Qualified Participants May Receive:

All study related care, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar monitoring, clinic visits study related examinations, and study medication.
