Study Summary:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Loxapine delivered through the Staccato inhalation delivery system for patients with moderate to severe acute migraine headache in an outpatient setting. There will be a total of 3 office visits. Patient will treat one moderate to severe headache at home. Patient may use their own rescue medication if headache does not respond.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 18-65 years of age
• Diagnosis of migraine for at least 6 months
• Have between 2-8 migraines per month
• Not have asthma or COPD


Qualified Participants May Receive:

Qualified participants will receive study medication, visits and lab tests at no cost. They will also be reimbursed for travel.
