This clinical research study aims to assess the efficacy, safety, and effectiveness of investigational medicine. This investigational medicine is being evaluated in people with depression and sleep problems.
A Double-Blind, Randomized, Parallel-Group Study with Quetiapine Extended Release as Comparator to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Seltorexant 20 mg as Adjunctive Therapy to Antidepressants in Adu.lt and Elderly Patients with Major Depressive Disorder with Insomnia Symptoms Who Have Responded Inadequately to Antidepressant Therapy.
If you or someone you know is between the ages of 18 and 74 and has not adequately responded to current antidepressant treatment,
May qualify if:
- BMI 18-40
- Diagnosed at 1 year with Major depressive disorder
- stable on current medication for at least 6 weeks, and for no greater than 18 months in the current episode
- Have had an inadequate response to at least 1 but no more than 2 antidepressants.
