Summary:
The purpose of this research study is to understand the brain patterns, thinking (cognition), and behavior that can be seen in a participant with MDD and/or PTSD prior to and while being treated with an investigational drug.
Criteria- Have a diagnosis of moderate to sever major depressive disorder (MDD) and/or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Be aged 18-64 years old
- Either taking an antidepressant medication or not currently on an antidepressant medication
