A Phase 1, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Single Ascending Dose Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Immunogenicity, and Pharmacokinetics of PRX012 in Alzheimer's Disease.

Qualified Participants Must:

• Be 60-85
• Have BMI between 18-32
• Be experiencing memory loss
