Have you been diagnosed with Chronic Hives and itching for at least 3 months by a clinical physician? (Answer Must Be YES)
Do you have a clearly defined underlying reason for chronic hives other than chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU) or chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). (Answer Must Be NO)
