Summary:

You are being asked to participate in this research study because you have been diagnosed with probable Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and have agitation. Alzheimer’s disease causes loss of brain cells and problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Agitated behaviors such as irritability and restlessness, physical and verbal aggression, and pacing and wandering are major problems in this condition, can be difficult to manage, and can impact your quality of life.


Qualified Participants Must:

• Males and females 50 to 90 years of age
• Diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease


Qualified Participants May Receive:

- Study medication at no cost
- Compensation for time and travel upon meeting study qualifications
