Summary:

This is a study evaluating the safety and efficacy of SB-01 in patioents with chronic low back pain and lumbar degenerative disc disease (DDD). The potential benefits include diminished back pain, improved daily function, and an improved quality of life.

Subjects will be evaluated at baseline and followed through 12 months to establish safety and efficacy of the treatment. 



Criteria:
  • Be above the age of 18
  • Back pain greater than sciatic leg pain
  • Chronic low back pain for at least 6 months
  • No prior back injections within the past 4 weeks
  • No previous lumbar surgery


Qualified Participants May Receive:

This study involves a total of 7 visits at our site including screening, injection day, 2-week, 6-week, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month follow-up. There is no cost to the participant for the investigational product, office visits, examinations, and laboratory tests that are required by the study. A $100 VISA gift card will be given at every visit for your time and committment.
